Guests will also appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Vue Cinema makes it a marvelous place to enjoy the local attractions.

Friendly service, although a few employees were particularly busy. I loved high-class and comfortable quiet rooms with good facilities.

The hotel staff was brilliantly helpful and professional. the location was central, just next door to restaurants for evening meal and shops for a quick browse, and the shopping areas and railway station.

Everything was exceptional, no reason to complain, I recommend it. The hotel was wonderful, clean, I felt very welcome. The property's location was fantastic, adjacent to the railway station and nightlife, and the centre of the town. Moreover, it was at a short distance from a Roman Frontier gallery.

Practical and quiet location close to centre of town, an easy walk to a further education college. Based just next door to shops and bars, the rail station, car parking, the centre, and restaurants, and the Penny Blue restaurant.

The venue is in a central location near the castle, cathedral, restaurants, bars, cinema, shops. the room was well-equipped, spacious, and included coffee/tea making equipment, fridges, and an oven.
